I confirm that I am the responsible adult supervising the rental, that I will follow all safety guidelines provided by Pure Play Rentals, and that all participants use the equipment at their own risk. I release Pure Play Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from property damage, personal injury, or death.
