Liability Waiver

Please read this waiver carefully. By checking the agreement box during the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below. This is a legally binding document.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the Customer, acknowledge that the use of inflatable bounce houses, waterslides, and related party equipment involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to:

Falls, trips, and collisions inside or around the inflatable
Injuries resulting from contact with other participants
Injuries from improper use of the equipment
Equipment deflation or malfunction
Injuries sustained when entering or exiting the inflatable

I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself and all participants at the event.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Pure Play Rentals LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively "Pure Play Rentals") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, including personal injury, bodily harm, death, or property damage, arising from or related to:

The use or misuse of any rented inflatable equipment
Failure to follow the safety instructions provided by Pure Play Rentals
The negligence of any participant, guest, or supervising adult
Any accident or incident occurring during the rental period

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Play Rentals from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during my rental period, including claims brought by third parties, guests, or participants at my event.

4. Supervisory Responsibility

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and am the responsible adult for this rental. I agree to:

Ensure at least one responsible adult supervises the inflatable at all times during use
Enforce all safety rules as provided by Pure Play Rentals at the time of setup
Limit use of the inflatable to children ages 3–14 unless otherwise specified
Not allow use of the inflatable in winds exceeding 20 mph or during lightning, rain, or severe weather
Not allow shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or silly string inside the inflatable
Not exceed the maximum occupancy or weight limits for the equipment
Keep the blower running at all times during use

5. Equipment Damage

I accept full financial responsibility for any damage to the rented equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules during my rental period. This includes but is not limited to punctures, burns, tears, stains, and damage to the blower unit. I agree to reimburse Pure Play Rentals for the full cost of repair or replacement as applicable.

6. Acknowledgment

By agreeing to this waiver during the booking process, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this Liability Waiver in its entirety
I am entering into this agreement voluntarily and of my own free will
I am at least 18 years of age and am the responsible party for this rental
I understand that this waiver is legally binding

This waiver is agreed to electronically at the time of booking via the checkbox on the Pure Play Rentals booking page at pureplayrentals.com/book. The Customer's name, email address, event date, and timestamp of the booking submission serve as the electronic signature and record of agreement.
